Patient Guidelines – Genith IVF Center
We aim to provide safe, effective, and compassionate fertility care. To ensure a smooth experience for all patients, we request you to follow these guidelines during your journey with us.
1. Appointment Guidelines
Please book your appointment in advance via phone, email, or our website.
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled consultation.
In case of cancellation, inform us at least 24 hours prior.
2. Documentation
Bring a valid photo ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, etc.) on your first visit.
Carry all previous medical records, test reports, prescriptions, and scans related to your fertility history.
For couples, both partners’ documents may be required.
3. Treatment & Consent
All treatments will begin only after you sign the required Consent Forms.
Our doctors will explain procedures, risks, and alternatives in detail before treatment.
Patients are advised to ask questions freely for complete understanding.
4. Payment Policy
Consultation and treatment fees must be paid as per clinic rules.
Payments once made are generally non-refundable (refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards.
5. Code of Conduct
Please maintain discipline and respect within clinic premises.
Avoid bringing unnecessary companions; only the patient and one attendant are allowed inside treatment areas.
Recording or photography inside medical zones is strictly prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
Patient privacy is our top priority.
All medical records are treated confidentially and shared only with authorized staff.
7. Emergency & Support
In case of a medical emergency, contact our helpline immediately.
Our team is available for emergency consultation support even beyond regular clinic hours.
